Andia Winslow is a Professional Golfer, Master Certified Fitness Pro, Yale Alumna, Founder of The Fit Cycle, and contributor for the American Heart Association “Go Red For Women” campaign, Andia’s innovative health and wellness efforts have been recognized globally in print, on TV and online.
She is teaching a class at Chelsea Pier Sports Center called Manhattan Beach Workout, great for runners looking to tone & strengthen, as well as private training for run-specific, track and field training for alignment, strength, and toning. Andia also teaches and indoor cycling class at Aqua Studio.
As an elite athlete, Andia has trained with Olympic Hall of Fame Track & Field Coach Brooks Johnson and was talent identified to join the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation in preparation for the Winter Olympics.
